These terms govern the sale of products and services from BhattiZinc. Please review them carefully before placing any order.
These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed with BhattiZinc Industries (Pvt) Ltd. by customers seeking zinc products, alloys, chemicals, or related services.
All orders are subject to acceptance by BhattiZinc. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or failure to meet credit approval.
Prices quoted on our website or through quotations are subject to change until an order is accepted. Payment terms are agreed per order and may include advance payment, letters of credit, or bank transfer. Orders will not be processed until payment terms are confirmed.
Delivery times are estimates only. Risk of loss passes to the buyer when the goods are delivered to the carrier at the agreed shipping point. The buyer is responsible for freight, customs clearance, insurance, and any local duties or taxes unless otherwise specified.
Products are supplied in accordance with the agreed specifications. The buyer must inspect goods promptly upon arrival and notify BhattiZinc of any non-conformity or damage within the timeframe specified in the applicable sale contract.
Order cancellations must be approved in writing by BhattiZinc and may be subject to restocking or handling charges. Returns are accepted only with prior authorization and only for goods returned in the original condition within the agreed timeframe.
BhattiZinc warrants that products supplied will conform to agreed specifications at the time of delivery. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper handling, storage, or use by the buyer.
Except where prohibited by law, BhattiZinc’s liability for any claim arising from the sale of products is limited to the purchase price paid for the affected goods. BhattiZinc is not liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages.
BhattiZinc will not be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, or government actions.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising under these Terms of Sale will be resolved in the courts of Pakistan unless otherwise agreed in writing.
